All orders are final no refunds will be issued. If you need to change your celebration date please do so 14 days in advance for full credit towards a future order. 

All Signature Cakes that are next day pick up/delivery are no refund /no change orders due to the nature of the order.

Any changes to the design of the cake after payment is made will be an additional cost starting at $25. 

Cakes are made in small batches so color and design may vary slightly.

Cakes contains Nuts, Eggs & Dairy unless a special recipe is requested.

Delivery: If delivery is not accepted at the designated time cakes will be held at Yummy Cakes for 48hrs for pick up and then disposed of.

Pick Up:

Cakes and cupcakes picked up from Yummy Cakes should have a flat stable and secure surface available. Cakes and cupcakes should not be exposed to direct sunlight, must have air conditioning on and no more than 1 hour of travel time. Refrigerate products as soon as arriving to location.

Yummy Cakes takes no responsibility for any damages to the product once received by the client or the person picking up.

Please adhere to your time frame, failure to do so may result in rescheduling your pick up day and time.
